RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication. It is a means of distributing your blog posts to a large number of people in an easy and dynamic way.

If you are publishing a blog it is important that you include an RSS feed to your website.  Wordpress blogs automatically have RSS.  The feed is a simple XML code added to your blog that visitors can click to add to their RSS reader.
